Privacy Policy for NFC Studio. NFC Studio ("the App") is provided by Dídac Sabatés ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

Information We Collect

a) Information created in the App

When you scan, write, or save NFC tags, the App may process and store:

• Tag identifiers (such as UID/serial, when available)
• Tag metadata (type, technology, memory, writable status)
• Tag record content you scan or write
• Saved snapshots and templates that you choose to keep in the in-app library

b) Device permissions

The App uses NFC access to read and write NFC tags. The App may also use clipboard access only when you trigger copy actions.

c) No account required

You are not required to create an account to use NFC Studio.

How We Use Information

Information is used only to provide App functionality, including:

• Reading and parsing NFC tags
• Writing records to NFC tags
• Running diagnostics and tools (such as compatibility and memory checks)
• Saving your tag snapshots and templates locally for your use

Data Storage and Retention

• Data you save in the App is stored on your device.
• We do not sell your data.
• We do not use your NFC content for advertising.
• You can delete saved data from within the App and by uninstalling the App.

Data Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except:

• If required by law, legal process, or valid government request
• To protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud or abuse

Third-Party Services

The App is distributed through Apple App Store services and may rely on Apple platform services (for example, crash diagnostics or analytics if enabled on your device). Those services are governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policies.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information processed by the App. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

International Users

If you use the App outside Spain, your information may be processed according to this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
